By accessing or using the Supplyline Industrial LLC website (supplyline.com) or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services. As used in these Terms, "Supplyline," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Supplyline Industrial LLC and its subsidiaries and affiliates. "You" and "Customer" refer to any individual or entity accessing or using the Services. We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on our website. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

Regardless of fulfillment origin, your contractual relationship for purchases is with Supplyline.
You may browse the website without an account. Certain features — including placing orders, viewing order history, and accessing support — may require you to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@supplyline.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.
All orders placed through the website are subject to acceptance by Supplyline. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. Prices displayed on the website are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. While we make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, errors may occur. If a product's correct price is higher than the listed price, we will contact you before processing the order. If a product's correct price is lower, we will charge the lower amount. Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on the shipping destination and current tax regulations.
Payment is due at the time of purchase unless Supplyline has extended credit terms to you in writing. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, ACH, and wire transfers as indicated at checkout. For customers with approved credit accounts, payment terms are Net 30 from the invoice date unless otherwise specified in your credit agreement. Late payments are subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) on the unpaid balance, or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is less. You are responsible for all costs of collection, including reasonable attorneys' fees, in the event of non-payment.
Supplyline ships to addresses within the United States. International shipping may be available on a case-by-case basis; contact us for details. Shipping costs, methods, and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery dates, they are not guaranteed. Supplyline is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other events beyond our control. Title and Risk of Loss. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier (FOB Origin). You are responsible for filing claims with the carrier for loss or damage during transit, though Supplyline will assist you in the claims process. Inspection. You must inspect all shipments upon receipt. Damage, shortages, or discrepancies must be reported to Supplyline within five (5) business days of delivery. Failure to report within this period may limit our ability to process a claim. Do not discard damaged products or packaging — retain them for carrier inspection and photograph the damage. Non-Receipt. If you do not receive a shipment within the estimated delivery window, notify us within ten (10) business days of the expected delivery date. Late notification may limit our ability to file a carrier claim on your behalf.
Our complete Return Policy is available at supplyline.com/return-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In summary: we offer a 30-day return window for eligible products in original, unused condition. Many standard stock items qualify for free returns with no restocking fee; other products may be subject to a restocking fee based on product type and manufacturer terms. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Special orders and custom-configured products are non-cancelable and non-returnable. See the Return Policy page for full details, including the process for initiating a return, exceptions, and refund procedures.
